No idea how this stock is evaluated

Ok, I admit, no idea how this stock works. Bitcoin is hitting 12K, but the stock is still at 1.10, as it was when BTC was 9K. Yes, there was the new hardware announcement, and some other news, but I don't understand why BTC doesn't affect this.
