RE:RE:RE:Primo Nutraceuticals Inc. and Dan Duquette Former MLB Exec.@Tonthesourcerer a couple of things that need to be re-iterated.

For starters:

1) Dan is a friend of mine and working partner.

2) As I mentioned in a previous post, each shareholder is a physical owner of the company.

3) As an owner of a few companies I cannot ever see myself bashing or talking down about the companies I own. These are startup companies I physically started, registered or incorporated. The same principal is applied to being a shareholder of a public company. Your hard earned investments helps companies thrive, increasing their overall valuation making you and others money. Talking down or having no faith in the company you technically own a slice of; if you're still a shareholder is in theory talking negatively about yourself. Why do it? Positive things come to positive thinking people.

4) Your comments and posts have negative impacts for the company, yourself and others, risking your investment and others investments, the more often you post negatively.

5) By constantly keeping with the sarcasm without ever adding positive posts has negative impact on the company and that share price increase you're looking for will remain stagnant.

6) If you want to see the share price increase, post positively, have faith and encourage all the hardwork management is doing and read into the press releases and understand them. Skimming over the top and only seeing the word "LOI" out of the entire press release is alarming.

Anyways, best of luck to you and I wish you nothing but the best on your investments as well as to all the companies you own regardless of the size of equity. Think positive thoughts.

Cheers,
Joel
