RE:RE:RE:Otso's 43-101Dummyboy u seem to not understand how listing structure works. And you upfront stand to be an uneducated shareholder (if you are one. I really really doubt whether you are one). Audited Annual Report + Mgmt Discussion is a stringent Regulatory/Stock Exchange Requirement. Mgmt Discussion stand alone means nothing without Audited Annual Report submission to all shareholders published on the website atleast 30 days before AGM. Not only is it included as a basic shareholder right but also  stated in rule book for TSX compliance on Listing reuqirements. Further on post revoking CTO, within 60 days AGM needs to be summoned to present the Audited Report. Typically at the AGM , the Auditor presents the Audited Financials to the shareholders on behalf of the board. Shareholder's do not have a direct link with the Auditor. The Auditor reports to the board and has no fiduciary repsonsibility to report to the shareholders. The board has the fiduciary repsonsibility to report to shareholders. Grow up.
