But do we want to talk about the valuation of their stake in Pure SF??
19M of revenue in Q2-> annualize that you're at 80M in revenue
--> apply a below market EV/revenue multiple of 3x you get to and EV of 240M.
-->take the 41% that they own you're at 100M valuation. JUST FOR THE MINORITY STAKE IN PURE SF... THAT IS 3 TIMES THE VALUATION OF EMH TODAY.
