I took a position in EMH yesterday and added more today.  I don’t believe the price is being held down. I think there are just lots of shares that need to change hands before we start to move up.  I am continually buying shares in the .20 range, and as soon as I buy them, more are appearing for sale. 

This is likely a broker unloading a large number of shares and not wanting to fill up level two with lots of shares and scaring off investors.

I will continue to add I think we are overdue for a run.
