Response from VCAN

Response from VCAN

I emailed VCAN asking when the information circular will be provided and hinted at frustration among shareholders with the possibility of us voting against the transaction. Here is the response:

Thank you for your email.

Management believes the transactions with VIBE and other proposed steps set out in its August 31, 2020 news release are in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.  The information circular which will be sent to the Company’s shareholders prior to the upcoming special meeting of shareholders will set out the background and rationale for undertaking these transactions which will enable shareholders to make an informed decision at the meeting.  Management believes you will find the reasons for supporting the transaction compelling, but if you have further questions after reviewing the circular disclosure, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you,

Chris Heath

Now I wonder, by 'compelling', does it mean I'll love the deal coz it's beneficial and profitable or coz things are so dark and gloomy that I should take what I get. LOL. This investment is hurting my health.
