RE:u must think people are stupid PlitheoneRealstocky, yes when that long awaited day that they file the BLA finally arrives, and it may or may not be on the long touted and much delayed schedule you put before us every day, yes you may get the pop (no telling how large or small) from the BLA filing. But, there are two things you must keep in mind, 1) the indication for this filing has a small population and the revenue, (if appproved) while good, will not be anything near blockbuster. 2) there will be absolutely no difference in revenue between the day before they file the BLA and the day after they file the BLA. This will continue from 6 to 12 months after the filing until they approve or reject the BLA. So yes you will get a pop right after the BLA is filed, but it won't take very long before the share price comes right back down to where it came from when everyone realizes it is dead money for yet another 12 months or so without any new prodection of  actual revenue
