You can't consolidate companies into your financials that you don't own yet. The deals have to close and then you can start counting the revenue in the RWB financials. There is always a lag in seeing the hard numbers.

That means you still don't know if these deals are real. A binding LOI means nothing until it closes. Wait for the deals to close and then wait another quarter or more to see the numbers appear in the RWB financials. 

For me I never intended to wait and see. I was hoping for an abitrage opportinity with the relisting that didn't work out. Thank goodness I cut my losses a while back.
