RE:reason for stock activity

No sense wasting $1.12 warrants if you can bring in $1.2 M in additional funds to o the Treasury and avoid doing any PP which would be dilutive in both new shares and more warrants being issued. Consider tis transaction done IMHO. Next up, the only remaining wts issued which happen to be priced at $1.75. Looking forward to Sept-Dec News flow ahead.
