RE:RE:RE:RE:If ever there was a case for insider trading--------I wouldn't say that calling out a P&D is not contributing... but yeah you can definitely get sued for this kind of thing. I would report it but I don't really want the bad coverage to affect my investment. I would not say that it is insider trading though. Lots of ways to get information, even people at the verry bottom know what is going to happen in a company with only 150 employees, information spreads. I do think it's some unethical trader though, when you have only $150k in volume on a given day, even I could manipulate the stock if I wanted to and had a higher risk tolerance. Anonymous trading shouldn't be allowed, it's a problem with this country's securities rules.
