RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Dont forgetOMG this is better than the kardashians!
Just started following the story and at first i didn't know who Fabian was and surprise surprise...it's Shareholder988. read a bit on here and think that this is a master in greed and scheeming... the line between stupid and genius is very fine. Here's why IMO:
- I google CHV Fabian, and there is a report form simply wall street or wtv saying that he's bought shares at a premium to market. Go to sedar and there is a PR from January saying that he agreed to settle a cash debt by accepting shares at 5 cents. Amazing, i'm like great this guy believes that the shares are worth at least 5 cents and hope that it will go up. in any other company that is a strong signal to the market
-Then he pledges a ton of shares to a Veteran organization (is it 40M is it 50M who knows) but i'm like wow that is very honorable and generous, Love the cause. Also if you're pledging the number of shares and want to maximize the value to the veterans you want the price to go up. Great this is another strong alignmet point for wanting the share price to go up.
- here is where it gets intresting and where the greed kicks in. from the january PR Fabian holds around 60M shares... -40M- 50M he pledged to the Veteran Organization... now he's left with 10M shares... he's like " I need some more shares and want them cheaper than the 5 cents i just paid for... why don't i start a not so anonimous crucade against my own company, drive the price down buy more... then sell at 5 cents maybe more and make a bunch of money and look good while doing it.
-Great job, in a weird way i think this is genius. if you succeed in this strategy (if i'm right obvi) you have to watch out for the wind breakers. I watched Gordon Gekko in Wall Street and it doesn't end pretty.
