What I don't understand is if there was an upcoming bid, why wouldn't a rival company not be picking up shares at the $0.69 range before the voting rights cutoff? There's been as many as 4 million shares on the ask and one would think it's a smart move to pick up as many as possible to stymie CNQ's bid
