RE:RE:I'm worried about a potential short-term scenarioThat's exactly what I was thinking.  They release news that makes you want to hold your shares on or around the spin out date.  This is a very experienced and smart management team.  I would be sure that they have "been around the block" with this type of thing and know how to keep the value of their stock. 

My other thoughts over the last while is the ampount of land to explore and drill (3700 sq km) with I believe only 2 drilling rigs.  (Correct me if I'm wrong here).  Would make sense to:

a) Have another spin out(s) with Gold prices hovering $2000.00

b) Get in a partnership with another Gold minig company with large capacity for drilling

c) or none of the above lol
