Another missed BLA submission date

Another missed BLA submission dateand I can see the stock seeing historic lows. 

LMNL has missed two of their announced dates and the third is approaching quickly.  Q3 was the latest announcement.

There should be no reason for another failure unless they have not been upfront with their SH.
