It looks like this is going to take longer than most are willing to wait! Accountants rarely make good promoters as evidenced by Baldocks WEAK showing on investors online. Baldock does not yet seem to see the need to hire a promoter feeling perhaps that the merits of HLC's technology will stand on it's own. Hence sellers will continue to outnumber buyers and it won't be long before shareholders are just looking to break even on this dog. LET'S HIRE A PR FIRM BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE! Cat.
