RE:only one word comes to mind..."bloated "Worldeye, I hope it wasn,t just a promotiom all the insiders have sold most of their shares.  I wouldn't touch this deal even if my life depended on it.  I think Clint got jobbed even though he says he has no intention of rolling-back it back.  My friend was a full-service broker now retired doesn't like the deal at all.  Too much stock out, the insiders have sold most of their shares, the joint ventures are't producing any income and lastly Clint takes his income in stock.  Hopefully he can pull it off because he's very honest and the shareholders like him.  Alot of the market peoole are sharks out there especially in the penny stock game.
