And nowthey want to give up, at a time when the industry could be on the rise, with possible new democratic leadership and country wide legalization of the industry, new tax laws, bank lending laws to the industry. i say they should be forced to wait untill after the election. if everything falls into place vcan could be back to 40 or 50 cents early next year. i am pi**ed off that management is allowed to make this decission for us, we could be screwed out of the great investment we all thought we were investing in, and being forced to take 8 to 9 cents. 
my 300k shares say no to the deal.
