RE:.18 hostile bid from Wilks brothers

RE:.18 hostile bid from Wilks brothersThis whole crew of mud-slingers makes me laugh.

We have this rich comment from the management recapitalization group that state this:

Fact:Wilks Brothers' Proposal cannot be executed and would make Calfrac subservient to a competitor.

The reality is that the management group has G2S2 which is the same group that helped restructure Bonavista. G2S2 is another way to say it is Clarke Inc's George Armoyen. Clarke is the biggest shareholder in Trican Well Service (T.TCW), Calfrac's direct competitor.

The reality is both these propesals are trying to get the company on the cheap. Both have their ulterior motives.

I say, go for it - GO HOSTILE.

May the higher bidder win. The end result will be the same, the end of Calfrac and it will be merged into a competitor's stable.
