Fall registrations; is there an update from Toby?

Fall registrations; is there an update from Toby?Labour Day is around the corner and most post-sec. institutions are painfully aware of their stats for foreign student registrations.  Today's G&M headline is that they are facing severe losses. Foreign students may be a fraction of domestic students but represent HALF of tuition revenue and a contribution of $22b to the economy.
Last I heard from Toby he sounded pretty confident of managing this risk.  But that was months ago.  Students are after all the life blood of education.  How's the fall semester looking now?

While the pandemic has abated in China and is being managed in East Asia it is raging out of control in South  Asia.  Is Canada still issuing visas to foreign students?  When we imposed a travel ban in mid March that effectively choked most entries. I saw one report that if you obtained a visa before the March ban you may stand a chance but you have to prove your travel is  "essential." Whatever that might mean.
It would be helpful if management provides some clarity.
