Scott Dowty is stepping down. Ausa waived break fee. Gave an additional 4.25m shares to Scott. Gave Paytron to Scott. 

And in return, we get the fees generated from Cocoon which amounts to NOTHING.

Awesome negotiations from the Board of directors.

We gave them a chance and they screwed us over yet again.

Join the CSH group now. Terry booth mighr not turn this into a billion dollar company but his name alone is worth more than the current mcap for sure!!!!

The board is just as shady as Scott.
