I think that the free shares from the first financing are putting pressure on the stock price. That was the financing done at $1.1. Normally, the stock is shorted prior to the free trading date so a lot of the decline could already be baked in. But if the market starts to correct then this could go lower - maybe even below $3. Keep some cash handy.
