Because these bullboards are to help investors of their decisions. What's so hard to understand about that ? Would would want to invest in a company whereas you could lose your entire investment in the very near future ? Most people would like to know this information......

If company ABC can't pay their bills, I don't go on their bullboard and post that they are close to CCAA protection. Why would I care?
