All the comments are true as the only factor that will move this is revenue from these contracts which are only opportunities. Since the fiasco that Lisa took a good smack for, she's become almost too passive and seems fearful of getting caught in a lie . But that's to the point now that she's doing nothing to promote this company and imo should maybe step down as CEO.
The board should be putting her on notice while starting a search for a leader.....something she's no longer doing. I don't want a cheerleader whose pumping constantly, but someone with positive insightful valid news is really a necessity for small cap players.
