RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DISTURBING TO READ AS A SHAREHOLDER

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DISTURBING TO READ AS A SHAREHOLDERThe CEO has a salary under 500k a year with the remaining compensation being based on performance targets.  If you want to talk about his motivation based on his own total compensation they yes, he is financially motivated to move the company forward and make it a top-teir producer of quality products etc.

Note that every year the Board of Directors VOTE to determine if the CEO should remain in place.  Every year the Board of Directors has voted to keep SSL as CEO so the Board likes what the CEO is doing.  We, as investors, may not know all the details of exactly what the company has planned but the Board approves of the CEO's deals with Molson Coors, and how he is directing the company on product launches etc.

Also Note !  The CEO and the Board of Directors DO NOT SET THE SHAREPRICE, the Market does that, so it can be high and it can be low at times.  IMHO the price is super-low, others will see it differently.  It is up to you to do your own research and invest based on your own view and target buy and sell prices, timelines etc.

opps.. coffee is ready now.   TTYL
