Firstly it's an illegal blockage.

Secondly, Ross has been in South America for over 30 years. This is nothing new for him or any other company operating there. Happens all the time. Always get resolved quickly.

Thirdly, price is brough down harshly so those in the no can purchase cheaper. 

It's all good though.
