I don't believe the market has factored any of this in as yet, it will imo and when it does it will see the stock price rise significantly. This is all my opinion of course it just needs time but think the ideas Lucara have are certainly good for the future. Looks a great opportunity to get involved but I know many are in at much higher prices and are resentful.
