Sharples should have arranged a cross for Sengers position.

The fact this hasn't happened illustrates just how bad things are for Heritage.

Sengers entire position should have been easy to arrange for a cross if all was well with the company and she just wanted to move on.

Crosses are arranged all the time for all kinds of reasons ........ and CEO's that have the contacts can make it happen easily .......... so long as the company is in good shape.
