SQDC said COVID-19 resulted in delays to new store openings, with only one new store opened during the quarter as construction sites were shut down. The retailer has fewer physical cannabis stores per capita than any other province in Canada, and recently told Marijuana Business Daily it plans to open 70 locations by March 2021 and 100 by March 2023.
Quebec cannabis stores are opening slower than any other province, CLICK HERE!!!

Alberta already has 515 cannabis retailers, hence the reason sales are equivalent to Ontario with a fraction of the population.

It'll be 2050 by the time Quebec has 515 cannabis retailers at the pace they're moving, hahaha.

It's not the qte it's the quality....look at sales for SQDC always increasing....last Q 110 M and they are PROFITABLE!!!! https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/the-sqdc-posts-a-profit-of-9-7-million-for-the-first-quarter-of-its-2020-2021-fiscal-year-813830080.html
