Jeezuz -the $2.4 million will go back to PYR before 30 days of August 18 NR so ...(Sept 15)
the 10% royalty will be cxl'd and Pyr will exercise their option to buy 50% of HPQ Nano hence the poison pill prior to HPQ taking down lots of $
