Tinley getting political?

Tinley getting political? The agreememt with Level-Up removes all doubt for me that TNY is going at it alone. Someday to be the next red-bull or monster. For sure.  Jeff could have signed with one of the big LP's in Canada for co packing purposes but didn't. Nervous about sharing our IP?  LP looking for "reciprocal co packing services" in Cali?  Remember that June24 nr about reciprocity?  It seems as if we'll be producing Magnotta's wine in Cali. This is actually a very smart move from Jeff to keep the big guns at bay.

The part I'm confused about is the Oct 30 deadline. Why even mention the potential partnership now? Is it to keep Canadians quiet about our launch in Canada for the next 2 months?  Doubtful   The explanation for me is TNY is jumping into the political ring in Canada. Tinley is having issues duplicating their drinks in Canada.  Tinley essentially hired a major lobbyist firm in Canada to work with HC. By Announcing  Level-up the Magnotta family gets on board to persuade HC along with TNY to maybe loosen up a little on the packaging, formulations...If we can't have our award winning drinks as we know them in Canada then we're f%cked.  As we know Jeff doesn't show his hand like this until agreements are signed so its very peculiar why he would do it now.
