RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Relative numbersI totally see what you're saying, but I disagree that Pyrogenesis has any other intent.... Pyrogenesis must answer to their shareholders, and will convert as soon as it makes mathematical sense..... But I do not think they will take their revenues, I believe they will allow HPQ nano to recycle them as long as it makes sense........ Until they convert, it actually costs HPQ nano more, because of the royalty they must pay...... Maybe we are saying the fame thing..... Good problems to have though!.... Cheers!

that's my point. If you take into context Bernards comment on agoracom that Pyr gave Hpq 50% for almost nothing then how does it make sense that they actually gave them 100% with a 10% royalty if they're just going to  convert it to 50% as soon as they start making money? Why wouldn't they have just set it at 50% right from the start? My argument is that they did it to launch Hpq through the stratosphere. Right now Hpq nano is a private company owned 100% by Hpq if it grows it adds 100% to Hpq revenues which grows the public company if Pyr took 50% now it would stunt the growth of its very significant investment.

But I think everybody would expect Pyrogenesis to convert to 50 percent as soon as it makes sense, and anything that really moves the needle for HPQ would be that time...... All that needs to happen is half of the total profits exceed the ten percent revenue amount, for the regular foreseeable future.... That shouldn't take much..... Cheers!

Everyone seems to have missed the fact that Pyr hasn't exercised their right for 50% yet. They gave Hpq 100% of the IP for a 10% royalty with the option to convert that royalty, at pyr's discretion, into a 50% stake.

Aarman4 wrote: I missed a part because it was by somebody who's been ignored for a long time here, but if HPQ and Pyrogenesis split HPQ nano down the middle, and HPQ nano makes 4 billion..... Each company benefits by 2 billion..... Basic grade 4 math shows that will have a far greater impact on the share price and market cap of HPQ than Pyrogenesis... Cheers
