I think the odds are a little bit better than that but not much.  PAW thought they were doing the right thing and had gone through the proper channels, they are also spending millions in legal fees so that tells me they feel they have a case.  Whats even worse is that this very valueable mine was linked with J Juma and he was murdered, so somebody wants this deposit and the Country they are in is one of the top in the world for corruption, that is at the heart of this!
