When & How Can We Expect To See A Share Price Increase? A serious question ...not jibber is.

Lers assume the following.

1. The PP ( First & Second ) gets filled.
2. The Change of Business is successful.
3. The LOI turns into a Definitive Agreement

At what stage do we expect to see an increase in Share Price and Volume?
What wii be the drivers ?

That being said & assuming there will be an increase any ideas as to 'when' it could happen.?
