Yes but if JP is simply unwinding a large position, you would think it's in their best interest to see the price higher. Why depress the SP by continuously selling into the bid instead of selling larger stakes at or above the ask. Their strategy appears to be to reduce the SP, just not sure how they haven't run out of shares unless they are being moved from broker to broker.
