Business jet division seems to be delivering resultsHowever if Bombardiers train division keeps lagging it might affect the closing of the deal. No news is good news however, as we haven't heard about quality issues or delivery problems. Everything seems to be humming nicely right now. With that said, Bombardier management and family should take a symbolic and severe pay cut until they stop layoffs and start producing profits. It is poor judgement to lay people off and increase pay to management with everything they're putting employees and shareholders through. Are we a team or are we just looking for punishment? Employees should be praised for their hard work and the leaders need to lead by example not by decree.
