Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

....and of course new PP's and/or equity financing will be given, hopefully at essential higher prices

if ELEF gets signed a new MPC with Comibol for the new project Malku Khota with ab. 300mm oz. silver next year then ELEF will rocket to another orbit
