Further to my remarks on share volume, this am a sale of 93k @ $.69 and a sale of 250k @ $.685.

What reasoning is behind such volume?

You suggested the event of another bid will happen after the IC comes out. The timing sounds right to me too. I suppose we shall find out soon if there is any additional interest.
