IIPR up 5 to 123.44 on very

IIPR up 5 to 123.44 on veryheavy volume of 990k with AH volume of 544k, which is highest AH volume i have ever seen so perhaps something is up news-wise. Has Holistic gotten court approval to take over Dionymed's lease in Los Angeles or is IIPR about ready to announce a dividend hike? Don't want IIPR to receive a buyout offer, yet. Maybe no PR imminent but just the street recognizing the value & growth of IIPR vis-a-vis the super high valuations of disruotive growth stocks like TSLA ZM.
