HS went 1 level from the Pink to the OTC QB. OTC QX is the Top tier before the Nasdaq National Market.
The PP was oversub but was priced too Cheap so mcuho paper to churn with WTs.
Many seem to be in it for the penny flipping / See meassage below Timeline / Jerrio

Yes, the SP have increased from the earlier lows in early 2020 but so to has many other stocks and these stocks at least hold at a fair SP., yet HS just cannot seem to HOLD.
This is truly a disappointment, I will add.
