Done like Dinner - stick a fork in CYX!

Done like Dinner - stick a fork in CYX!So does Roger have enough money or access to funds to formally close down shop and delist?  The only hail mary option Roger has now is to hand this shambles over to another company in a RTO.  Don't think he has the smarts to even do that at this stage in the game.

I'm sure he made out okay as CEO - probably one of the few that profited from CYX!  Should be lawsuits piled high on how he ran this into the ground - problem is the cupboards are bare and nothing to pursue!  The worst part is he did it with such arrogance and contempt for shareholders and anyone that even questioned his tatics.  RIP CYX.
