Please find attached an RNS release we issued this morning providing an update on our transaction with StillCanna which is nearing completion.
The shareholders of both companies unanimously voted in favour with each recording 99% plus support. The merger process is nearing completion and we expect to be listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange within the next 12 days so trading in our shares will resume at that time. We are working to list on the AQSE Growth market in London at about the same time, with the intention that this will be followed shortly with listings in the USA on the OTC exchange and in Germany on the Frankfurt exchange.

We will be operating and trading as “Sativa Wellness Group Inc”. Our trading symbols on the CSE and AQUIS are intended to be “SWEL”.

We are already working hard at integrating the businesses. Our focus remains on driving our brand sales online at our “goodbodystore.com”, and through retail channels. Additionally, now we are focused on selling wholesale CBD isolate and distillate to manufacturers and providing white label finished product botting services to other brands across Europe. We will also be expanding our product offering to meet the growing customer needs.
Finally, our commitment to quality continues with our PhytoVista laboratories in the UK and now in Europe with our lab in Poland. This focus on quality coupled with our UK FSA Novel Foods accreditation initiative, ensures we are well positioned to satisfy regulatory and consumer needs moving forward.
Jason Dussault the former CEO of StillCanna Inc. will now be a board member of the new company and will lead our investor relations efforts. We could not be more excited to move forward as the new Sativa Wellness Group!
