The fact remains that we are unlikely to get any other offers, or better management to step in and takeover this clown show.

I see no reasonable alternative than to vote yes and to move on from the second dumbest mistake of my life.

That PR last night makes it very clear what the situation is today and there ain't no way to make that pile of cr@p smell any better.

I really thought we would have been part of it in a big way. Not in the miniscule fashion that we are now asked to vote on.

Shareholders should know all the facts, figures and options available to clean up all of these so called contingent liabilities that were never disclosed properly and now have all of a sudden popped up and are killing the company. We want full disclosiure and details now so as we can make an informed decision when voting. He is basically again asking us to take his word for it. After concealing everything from us now for years. How can you trust someone like this again? I think a receiver should be appointed asap. We seem to be at the end of the line and I do not trust the deal they have cooked up with Vibe. It appears t obe another non arms length insider deal and I am afraid this whole thing stinks to high heaven as we still have no proper disclosure on what is really going on behind closed doors.
