Well, could be, but it also could be an assessment of the aggregated Assets of the postalio era.

The sale (with equity and NSR retention) of the Ana Paula project (for somewhat more than peanuts)suggests that this review considered the re-deployment of assets -- also suggesting that the war chest continues to be assembled for the Magino project.

However, the very first quarterly report of the newly structured company has not yet been issued, so there is still a wait and see atmosphere hovering -- but the clouds will part soon.
