If they do start selling units, this will most likely jump to 500m to $1b or more, because the TAM is huge and they're moving quickly, they've explained their manufacturing capacity. So even pre-contract, if it doubles to $300m it still makes sense as a spec investment, because there is still plenty of upside available, you would still be paid handsomely for your risk. That is why I think price will run up to $10 - $15 on no additional news at all.
