RE:RE: The Veterinary Connection Look, I'm talking about a quick revenue generator for TLT. I know about dog cancers through several friends that went through it. TLT's problem with that is it takes time for cancer trials and it is very expensive even with dogs. They don't have the money for new sets of trials and procedures, and maybe not the time. What's the next PP debacle going to be for .07 or .08? You've got to be realistic. Just a drug and we already know it kills this virus per DR Coombs, and at least in humans, it doesn't kill the patient. A Vet told us there is nothing available that can kill this virus and not kill the cat.
One of my daughters just had to put down her very expensive pure bred cat. There are roughly 100 million pet cats in the USA alone, never mind the rest of the world. Yes, roughly only 2% develope the deadly strain, but 2% of 100 million = 2 million cats x even $100 per would be $200 million just the USA alone. Even if TLT only got $30 per for the drug, that's $60 million just for the US.
Look, this little cash starved biotech is going to need cash to last until their ACT can be realized and brought to market and I'm just searching for some way to generate the revenue to pull it off.
I've already informed management of this possibility. It might get them thinking and hopefully doing something about their cash problem beyond another amaturish PP for pennies.
