Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

payback

paybackit could be a nice payback to Greg Johnson who kicked out J.Lee  of Wellgreen Platinum.

Greg Johnson estalished South American Silver with Malku Khota deposit in Bolivia  found there 360mm oz. silver but two years later the deposit was nationalized

i think Malku Khota is of critical importance for Bolivia and so easily Lee woun't get it.
Without presenting a strong partner that is ready to cover capex of >400mm USD  COMIBOL woun't risk to sign a mining contact with "4 man company" which in last 10 years has failed all projects they touched.

As an old shareholder i've been pissed off several times by Lee personaly however i still keep >3m shares and nevertheless i wish success to Lee&Co.... finaly they should deliver what they can.

Lesson lerned phase should be over .
