RE:Food for thought - 'big or small'Good post!
I'll also add that if you watch the agoracom interview he did last week, he speaks about whats best for the client is a big order up front, but what's best for Pyrogenesis is small orders over a longer period(supposedly to maximize margins, and minimize costs as the team gets more experience and efficiency in installs). It could be that he is finding ways to raise the margin, and by doing so, initial contract might be smaller.
It's all speculation at this point anyways. The important thing is that the contracts get closed and the process begins. Once that happens, I have a strong feeling that there will be a few years minimally of ongoing torch installations of high margin patented plasma torches around the world as replacements. Following that, we will hopefully have "new use" technologies that want the high powered plasma torches to do things that previously could not be done as good otherwise(tunnelling), or pehaps industries that we have yet to consider.
Cheers!

We can only speculate - it can be interpreted in many ways but we really have no idea as to his intent.
Many jumped & claimed it was to lower expectations (& it could be).
But since there are several contracts being negotiated at the same time (including probably at leasr 1 BIG one for client A), maybe the intent of that comment was that there is a possibility that the smaller contract gets finalized first.
Thats just 1 possibility out of several regarding his intent.
And maybe his intent was just to drive home the point that the 1st contract will represent a significant breakthrough & SIGNAL that the industry has been officially DISRUPTED (which is a large value beyond just the $$ value of contract)
Good luck to all longs!
