Dear Trail Acquisition

Dear Trail Acquisition
I'd be interested in what people think of the just announced Dear Trail acquisition in Utah. In his recent Crux interview, George Paspalas gave the impression that MAG lacked the resources to focus on anything but Juanicipio (hence Reyna Silver) so I was surprised that they had bought Dear Trail. Maybe it was an geologic opportunity that Peter Megaw felt they just couldn't pass up, particularly as they are flush with cash from the recent ATM stock sale that brought in almost 50 million. Maybe the project will turn into a spinco. That would make more sense.  However they advance Dear Trail, I feel it's positive for the value of the company and also a welcome diversification of mining jurisdictions.

Here's the link to the Dear Trail press release.
