the OTC has several levels. We are waiting on DTC eligibility which the most important and puts us on the OTCQB. What you saw is grey market. A preliminary step while waiting on DTC. Once we are DTC eligible the company will release news that we are trading on it. After that in my opinion larger news will follow. It is strategy. Timing. Take care
