RE:WTF is this charity financing flow through CRAPP?Who cares, they just raised $12 million near the 52 week high.  This was being arranged last week obviously when the price hadn't got to where it is today.

and NO warrants.

Low share count, just like GBR, means less dilution to shareholders.

Now they are fully funded for LOTS of drilling, with Teck's attention.  If they prove up size potential along with the grades they've been getting, you can easily imagine a buyout.

If you are talking a buyout like $800 million plus as other copper plays have had, shareprice would be getting over $10.

It's still early but these are amazing results for the first few holes of their program.
